Bad policies on defective goods, certainly not in line with Mango's policies in the rest of the world. I shop internationally and locally in Kenya at Mango and have never received such poor customer service from a manager. Samara did not deal with my problem, was unprofessional and unhelpful. I think her response was about the worst I have encountered from a customer service manager. They therefore lost a good customer over one pair of socks!

Terrible customer service. Bought a polo, washed it at 30 degrees and it came out two numbers smaller. Wasn't even allowed to exchange it to something else
