Right at the big river which attracts a lot of animals. When we slept there elephants walked through the camp during the night. Staff is friendly! Only the movies and history about it is quite scary but it also makes it so intresting! Love this place!!

Nice scenery, friendly staff but the maintainance is bad. When we arrived the pool was not cleaned. They told us they would clean the pool tomorrow but as we only stayed one night we couldn't use it. We arrived late afternoon and they expected us so I don't understand why they couldn't clean the pool during the day. Also in the brochure they mentioned they offered a screening of a documentary of the man eater history but when we asked for it they said they only had one DVD and the DVD would be at their other lodge. Quite disappointing. Food was quite basic but not bad. Low season rate 5500 KES p.P. sharing full board
