I love this Hotel, most of the times i like bringing my friends over for Lunch and Evening meetings over a cup of tea . Not until 21st evening when i was mistreated harshly by the manager at the ground floor, my perception has really changed. I had come to the hotel my favourite spot upstairs to join my other five friends who were already there for dinner, with me i had five tree seedlings in a carrier bag, i requested accounts desk to keep them for me, instead of taking them all the way to upstairs, but they said they can't unless i speak to the manager. Okay i approached the manager who apparently was conversing with two waiters, i excused myself and requested him kindly to direct me to a place where i can keep my tree seedlings if there was any. He yelled at me "Toka ,ebu songa uko huoni na ongea na waiter" those were his words. I felt so hurt, so disrespected ,here i am a client receiving such utterances. It caught me thinking who was more important between me and the waiter.
Am writing this not because i still hold any anger towards that manager , but standing up for others who cannot speak for themselves.
Kindly management such kind of treatment is so inappropriate esp being in an hospitality industry.
Anyway after all that i had to call my friends who were in upstairs to come down, and proceeded to another hotel for dinner.

A convenient, affordable and decent place for tea in the Eldoret CBD. If you like samosas then get one here. Very well done.Very quick service. You will generally have your food in minutes and the staff are friendly and. courteous. It's almost always packed especially in the evenings. If you are looking for fine dining look elsewhere but if you need a decent place for a meal anytime of day then you can come here. It's usually fairly noisy particularly in the evening when it seems a ot of people are there to watch news.
