Nicodemus at Mac & More did a great job sorting out my issues today. I had a problem with two different MacBooks Pros. He took the time to explain the problems to me and give me all the available options for fixing them. With one of the computers, I had been told by another company that the issue with my computer was a complicated one and would take one day and X amount to fix it. Nicodemus was able to fix the issue within minutes free of charge. With the second computer, he was able to find me a much more practical and affordable option for repairing it. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received.

This place is so amazing. I was having a meltdown cuz my Macbook pro stopped working and the technician named Ernest was super helpful, he explained everything really well and just went above and beyond to repair my laptop. And I was even able to pick it up the following morning.If anyone is wondering where to get their apple products fixed please go to these guys. You will not be disappointed. Mac&More recently helped me through a major Mac issue where I was certain I lost a bunch of data. Nicodemus in particular retrieved everything, walked me through my various options and helped me save money and get the best deal. I cannot recommend Mac & More more highly. My computer completely crashed and I took it to another computer repair place (Personal Systems) where I was simply told "there is no hope." I brought it for a second opinion at Mac & More. Nicodemus was incredibly helpful and quickly had a look at the computer. He checked if it was under warrantee and was able to send it to be fixed. I just received it back and it's in perfect condition. Thank you so much to the whole team!!!

Really happy with this place. I spilt water all over my computer about 6 months ago, they took it in, cleaned it and ran diagnostics at an affordable price. They could have told me it was broken for good to get me to buy a new one, but didn’t. I just took my computer back again because it was crashing. They fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Very professional.

I took my iPhone 4 to this place back in 2014. It's screen had broken and I had earlier taken it to Downtown Nairobi where I got scammed through a fake screen that broke down less than 60 days later. I was contemplating throwing my phone away because majority of other legit iPhone vendors in Nairobi were overcharging me for this service. Fortunately, I learned about Mac & More just at the right time. I can never regret the kind of service they game me plus at 50% cheaper price than other so-called legit vendors. 3 years down the line, the phone looks as good as new. Really thankful to these Champs.

Had an iPhone 6 that wouldn't boot, took it there and they fixed the problem so fast. And didn't even charge because "It was nothing".
I love the shop and would highly recommend it to any buyer or someone with a faulty device

I bought an Apple IPhone 5s-64 GB Gold at Mac & More solutions. This was after being referred by a good friend of mine. The cellular is really AWESOME, and I must say I loved nearly everything about them, starting from their cool and convenient customer services, to their realistic/affordable prices. The gadget was the same as what I saw on their website, which means that their business is real and reliable. I honestly recommend any customer out there, to pay Mac & More solutions a visit.
