Its best only reception and pharmacy giving poor services plus pharmacy dont give exact medicine they're give less other they're stealing so investigate that issue and fix it

Your employees who are at the reception are not courteous enough.They lack hospitality. If one pays for services they need to be treated kindly.Your services are cool just work on ur employees being hospitable.
