I liked it. All negative reviews on trip advisor are just wrong.

-Problems with payment: We've booked a room for 3 people; when we've arrived we gave them the booking, and they gave us 2 rooms, but the next day they wanted us to pay for the two rooms. At the end, we pay what we booked for, but after a long discussion.
-Cigarettes cost much than other hotels.
-there is a pool and a gym
    -really quite
    -good breakfast
    -big bed

The building and rooms look good, and the beds are comfortable, but the place has a "half finished" feel, and the staff don't seem to know how to deal with guests coming to stay.
When we arrived there was only a guard in reception who told us to walk over to the main building, but half-way there we were called back again. Then the woman who showed us the room said we could order room service, but when we asked about it later they had no systems in place for it (no phone in the room, no number where the restaurant could be reached).
The shower was also very temperamental, after adjusting it to get a reasonable temperature it would suddenly go freeIng cold after a minute or so.
Overall the stay was ok, but not great. I think they probably don't get many visitors due to the lack of attraction toons in Narok.
