After my visit ( had ok sight) the Doctor insisted I would go blind in hours. He said he had to perform emergency laser which was ridiculously expensive. My eye pressure shot up and got blurred vision from then They only take cash payment. No mpesa or card payment.

Staff there are sooooo rude. The receptionist, her name is mananza I believe, is so unprofessional. She thinks because she is Indian she is entitled to be rude to black people. But even the black lady there is so rude and unprofessional. Manaza talks down to you. When you call she doesn't acknowledge you, she just transfers you without informing you she is doing so. No greetings the first day I went, just a "fill this form" with a distasteful look on her face. For the amount of money you pay, there is need for better service. Alia there on the other hand is a gem! Only reason I give one star otherwise I would prefer zero. Mananza and the black lady, learn a thing or two from Alia!!!!!! Shame on you!

Would highly recommend the Center to anybody considering laser eye corrective procedures, having successfully undergone the C Ten Laser procedure myself. Dr Joshi, the Medical Director, is a globally respected Ophthalmologist with a specialty in Laser technology and the staff are very professional.

I did my corneal transplant back in 2007 and I have never had any problems with my eye since then. Though am supposed to go back for my surgery on the left eye coz I've neglected it for a while now. Dr. Joshi is very good and I like his thorough scrutiny to get to the root of the problem. See you soon daktari

I've suffered from astigmatism for a very long time. I had of course heard about laser vision correction and the different types of procedures available, but it always seemed scary to me. The doctor and staff at the Laser Eye Center, however made the C-ten laser vision correction procedure smooth and comfortable and the experience worth remembering. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone facing eye sight issues.

I have kerataconus and someone recommended Dr Joshi. Have never seen a Dr outside the US for my condition and was a little sceptical. But it was the Best Decision Ever. He is knowledgeable and up to date on everything eye related, his facility has the latest equipment and his staff are the nicest most customer friendly people in Nairobi. I had crosslinking and cornea reshaping done in both eyes (including my right eye that had a cornea transplant and I had been told would not be able to do anything with). My astigmatism has reduced and my vision went from a -8 to a -6 in my right eye ( might seem small but that's a really big deal). My left eye is also doing great and will soon find out if the astigmatism has also gone down
