Very nice hotel.The reception was nice but the service at the restaurant is very poorYou waste almost 1hour to wait for food..They take too long to serve a client.. The rooms are clean and very comfartable environment

Great facilities but the management has issuesthe rooms had power issues when fully booked and at some point had to push for simple slippers to be brought in the room. I hope this get resolved quickly

I am not sure if the hotel can handle many visitors, as we waited quite a bit for a simple snack. Attended a conference that was being held at the the hotel's grounds. Beautiful surroundings in a hot and dusty town.

The place is very beautiful, however the outside is kind of crowded. The restaurant needs to be better lot since it's very dark. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious enough. The pool is also very clean and looks good. Food is also nice with good portions.

This is the jewel in the semi-desert conditions of Garissa County with a swimming pool to cool off those nasty temperatures ranging between 25 - 36 degrees Celsius. The place has some well landscaped gardens and a nice place to relax while at the facility.

Staff are courteous and always willing to assist. WiFi is ok with occasional bursts of 4G speeds. Rooms are spacious and airy with modern interior designs. Mosquito nets are part of the room and blend in well. Rooms also have air conditioning units and this makes the place really comfortable. There is ample secured and free parking for guests.

Restaurant has a la carte options but limited menu. The food is tasty and mostly normal stuff. There are mosquitoes in this area especially at night and there some cats usually hustling for some food (quite unpleasant at times). Conference facilities are good and works for seminars and other indoor training activities. It's a good family get away and makes an interesting place to unwind.
