This is a business premises at the heart of the Central Business District. Its a storey building with the front end along a busy street and the rear end facing Eldoret town's main bus stop.

The building has a leading supermarket (Tuskys Supermarket) on the larger part of the ground floor, opening to the street on the front and shuttle booking offices on the rear end opening to the main bus stop.

The upper floors of the building house many business premises including; a restaurant, property agencies, private offices, a school liaison office and the building's management office.

The location is quite noisy owing to the busy bus stop and the many small open air businesses that surround it. Security is average, there's the town's central police station two blocks away.

It is an optimal location for businesses that require direct client contact though not a good locale for 24 hour business. Street parking is available though very minimal and the street is prone to traffic jam.
