  Had a very bad experience. Bed sheets were filthy rooms were not very clean. The food, not the best. Better to cross over to Java And when you complain the Duty Manager insist you pay for what you used and leave, she was not at all helpful.

  I have been waiting 2 hours for 10 bottles of water to be given to the attendants of a meeting. The building is nice but the service is slow and inattentive.

  I stayed in this hotel for couple of weeks and I really really loved it.. Very welcoming smiley people and good service.

  I stayed in this hotel for seven months in the year 1995, when I was working in Kisumu Paper Mills. It was Hotel Royale.There used to be a swimming pool and a disco. My stay was very nice. I love Kisumu.
