  I'll give the institution 1 star at the moment due to very poor customer service. The telephone operators are very rude and the customer service staff are very difficult to work with. Its been well over a week and I can't get any information. I tried to email, visitation where I couldn't even get in the premise to talk with the relevant officermind you, I was sent off with a brochure that clearly didn't have the information I was looking for. I tried calling just to be told that the operator doesn't know when the officers will clock in, and this is after my call was redirected to the wrong officeIt was at 8:46 am and your offices open at 8 am. Noting down my name and contacts so as to forward my query for clarification is not a difficult task. I wouldn't mind receiving a follow-up call later in the day, to be dismissively disregarded in a harsh tone is justI've never been so irked in my life. I was treated as if I was wasting their valuable time.

  The main industrial R&D facility in Kenya. Have been here severally on and I have met very brilliant professionals. If you are looking for partner in research, KIRDI is the place to look. A lot of research and development has gone on here and the staff will be very helpful in guiding you throughout your research
