Ultra big modern Aviation Authorities offices with a new modern touch and design, good customer service and nice parking lots around the office. Inside; clean restrooms and nice touch. Most of visits to this office are based on appointments. I enjoyed my stay around here. You can pop into this place anytime you require to visit this place based on non-appointment visits.

You just have to be very very patient with these guys. Always apply/renew at least a month before your licenses expire.

No temporary certificates, everything takes time & original copies can take up to a month if not longer. No computer database, everything is done on paper. Half the people there should not be there because they do not exactly understand aviation regulations and procedures. Simple things like logbooks do not not make sense to some of the employees.

If you go there, just ask for one guy, Mr Muchemi. He is an aviator, he understands more than most. (5 stars on this guy).
