  Dear Sarah,
  We have read your grievances and we are very sorry for any inconveniences caused.
  We would wish that the event be held at Karen Ndege house inn but it was difficult for us to accept food from outside since our core business is food, beverage and accommodation. The day is still free as the director told you he will offer the grounds for free so that the church service takes place at Ndege Inn but the reception somewhere else because you would wish a different caterer to offer you the services.

  Had a pathetic experience with this hotel. Had an agreement with the management to hold my wedding there. Paid the deposit in December 2016. Three weeks to the wedding the management (director) decided to cancel and made a refund without considering that have printed cards, program, took marriage certificate from sheria house which takes 4 weeks to get and had paid most of my vendors.
  This means am starting afresh, changing wedding dates and paying most of the things afresh.
  This is an hotel you can't trust to do business with. Few months to the market and if you treat your customers like this your not going anywhere Very frustrated right now.. And the director is very arrogant.
