Great residence estate.You can find almost all you need within the estate. The street lighting project helped improve security. Public transport is not exactly the greatest but it takes an average of 15 minutes from town to the very end of the matatu route so I find it bearable.

The perfect estate to raise children. The estate has a tremendous number of schools public and private with private schools being in abundance. It is close to the CBD and it is positioned around the upcoming lower Eldoret town because of the developments ongoing.

They made the main roads here, the feeder roads are still mud and dust.

One of the few planned estates in Eldoret from the early 90s. Highly polluted but with a variety of amenities from food kiosks, hardware stores to. Liquor stores.

Great estate with very good roads and easy accessibility though it is a little crowded (heavily populated) with too many small .alcohol selling outlets.
Rents are average though some audacious landlords are exorbitant in their pricing. Water supply is irregular, sewerage is connected to the main county line. Electricity is stable and supplied from the main power grid.
The market has many stalls. Fresh vegetables, meat and milk (both raw and processed) are readily available on the market. Other small household consumables are also available.
There are several schools within and near the estate. These cover nursery (pre-primary), primary and secondary levels of education. There is also a university satellite campus close by. These provide for the estate population.
The Eldoret east administrative offices are centrally placed within the estate, and security forces who man this installation provide an extra security cover for the estate.response / report this review -
