Environmentally friendly people and green fields of lands. Fresh air to breathe and love. Kapkoi is a good athletic base part of Greater Kaptagat community, cradle of long distance runners. Kapkoi shopping center a shade of eucalyptus that said to be medicinal for toothaches, allergies and colds.

The weather is fantastic and one can get a wide variety of different fresh vegetables at a cheap price compared to other places near major towns.
