  Vehicles leave on time regardless of whether they are full or not. If you going to Kitale/Matunda/Mois Bridge then a good option. Customer service at the vehicle is wanting though. Staff displace passengers from their seats after they are settled

  Kangaroo shuttles offer reliable, efficient and affordable public transportation and parcel services. The customer relations and handling is above average, disciplined drivers, good vehicles..I would recommend anyone traveling between eldoret, kitale, nakuru n Nairobi to try their services.
  
  However as a customer, I'd appreciate if the company made some space n seats to serve as the waiting area

  Good customer care, cars in really good condition, most drivers are disciplined.
  Some little delays once a while and lack of proper waiting areas for passengers.
