  Poor finishing of the house, poor plumbing works, even toilet plumbing has been poorly done , toilets keep emitting some smells. We are still pushing the developer to connect Council water after we paid the water connection fee as part of the building fee. There are people who've never had a drop of water since they moved into their homes. Pathetic man holes that keep omitting some smelly odour. The roofs keep leaking water during the rains. No perimeter fence has been put. Levelling of the compound has not been done. In fact the residents themselves had to remove the construction debris from the compound in fear of the hazard it poses to the small kids. Really, I would not recommend Kenya project to anyone. Once you pay the developer stops picking your calls and you have to spend a lot of money to rectify the poor job that has been done. Just go and do your own research, visit the estates and talk to the tenants to get the real experience.

  Poor quality, poor service, and zero progress. I can't believe I paid over KES 1 million deposit to Kenya Projects for a home in Ruiru and 3 years down the line, the land I purchased remains untouched. The project manager Naomi is nonchalant about this and doesn't even communicate timelines. My numerous calls to them are being ignored, and their lead sales guy Anthony who sold us the house only gives excuses. Please just take your hard earned money elsewhere.
