Still growing and improving. The shopping centre is fine with variety to choose. Also it has a parking problem

Satellite centre outside main city. No congestion means it is a place to enjoy some space and fresh air out of Nairobi.

The great business here is plots ,but as one buys one should take caution, most are water logged.

Fruits are value priced. Water Mellon and mangos at very attractive prices. Don't leave Joska without a few of these.

Along the Nairobi-Kangundo Rd, Joska shopping centre is a small town in progress. Most growing families have opted to buy land and develop the area as a residential centre. However, along the road, Joska is proving a business centre complete with supermarkets, Choma zones, health facilities, schools and a well planned society. In the next 5 years, we shall experience a new Machakos now that the greater eastern by pass is passing just thru this centre.

This place is adequately served by public transport, mainly City Shuttle Bus Company.
It is boarded at "Bus Station" Exit point with operation route no. 39.
We have sufficient filling stations and recently, "Waecon Supermarket" started it's operations.
The population has significantly grown and so have micro enterprises.
Security is good, with a Police Station at Malaa area and a Post at Joska Market.
Other Social amenities,ie, Schools, Churches, Private Hospitals, Entertainment Points, etc are spread all over.
    Welcome.
    Thanks.

It's a market area that serves the inhabitants within the locality. Food is available. It's a highly growing region due to low cost of land. Building materials are cheaply found. More people are relocating here to build residential homes. Schools like Thomas Aquinas Boys and KOMA Ranch Boys are found near this place.
