Usual Java experience. Service is great and friendly. Very popular so it can get very busy. Plenty of parking in the mall.

Very friendly, hospitable staff, although during peak hours and on weekends they usually seem overwhelmed and in need of more hands, which means the service is often quite wanting. The food, coffee, and desserts are excellent, and my daughter ALWAYS finishes her food when we go here 😇, which is quite the fete in and of itself!!

Java's service has just deteriorated. It's like they don't care. I have a waitress serve me my drink mid -air because she is carrying so many things. Food was bad. Its such a shame

Awful. Slow service. Wrong food. Dishes marked vegetarian but containing fish. No drink or food 1 hour. Literally worst java in Nairobi and amongst the worst places unfortunately. Next door art cafe where they at least bring you what you order, on time, and without the fish surprise in everything I ordered. Cheese sandwich and salad. Thought that was easy

Service here is quick and the staff attentive The food presentation and preparation are up to the correct standard. Parking is more than generous, but not free. Very very secure situation

One of my fave Java. It's literally 5 minutes drive from home. I love it. Try out the chocolate fudge cake, you won't regret it.

This java is a gazillion times better than all other Java's i have been to in nairobi (except airport one of course). The service is prompt. And thats a great thing cause the other Java's got really horrible service nowadays. Atmosphère here isn't ad chilled out as others though, has more of a eat and leave vibe to it. Else, i was really impressed by the service. Hope they maintain

Great place to have coffee & dawa as you wait for traffic to go down very diverse group of customers, different age groups represented. Very popular meeting place in the evenings.

Chicken wings & chips (thumbs up!)

Love the oil paintings on the wall and the soft music playing in the background. WiFi works great even when the location is packed.

Good place but terrible service when the place is full on weekends. They seem understaffed. Great Lemonade and the fries are good. Try the Chicken Salad Plate. You won't regret it.
