Nice place with spacious compound. Helpful staff. A semblance of buffet lunch with limited choices- sort of a tailor made lunch, but nevertheless delicious. Serves fresh fish for lunch. Tiny washrooms at the conference facility. Adequate parking space. Clean place for a budget hotel but don't expect safes in the rooms. Compound has a small green park that can land a helicopter if need be.

Pathetic service at the reception. After traveling all the way from Mombasa through the night and arriving at 6am, was told I could only book a room till 1 pm. I have no idea how they calculate their day. Nonsense place.

Good place in a bad location. Services not at the level you would wish. There is some unprofessionalism, yaani 'ukienyeji' for those who know some kiswahili.

The hotel maintains the room cleanliness. However, two years and mire than ten suggestions and changing of allocated rooms, the management still gas not bothered to install dressing mirrors in some rooms! Total unprofessional attitude to running a hotel.

Nice gardens and restaurant. Food is a bit pricey and accommodation is affordable. Food orders take longer to prepare and it would be advisable to have a biting outside prior. Food tastes ordinary and it's an OK place. Kids can play around when no helicopters are parked. Wi-Fi is unreliable.

Great place if you wish to stay an average vacation life in Nakuru town. Spacious room with a king size bed and fresh natural air. I love this place.

Amazing set up. Clean and quiet environment with spacious well furnished rooms. Outdoor sitting is available and is located a fair distance from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Conference facilities are available.
They do not have a bar and do not sell alcoholic beverages. Swimming pool still under construction.response / report this review -
