These guys were great. They delivered the bike to my hotel on time. They worked with me on changing the pick up location which ended up being the next day and 12 kilometers away with only a $15 extra charge. They also use WhatsApp, so very easy to reach whether I was in Nairobi or the USA. I would absolutely use them again when I am back in Nairobi.
