  My biggest gripe with this internet provider is their poor after sales service and lack of communication . They sent one of their employees to investigate my woes. This he did, on May 3rd and allegedly provided a report. I hear nothing back until 20 days later. May 23rd, when I get a call from their offices, 732136200. Promises are made for a follow up. I am still waiting As a result of my experience 2 of my neighbours have turned to a different provider. I am waiting to see what their experience will be like and then perhaps
