  The best gym I have worked out in, The state of art Equipments are amazing, basically it's the best gym along the Eastern coast of Africa.

  The gym is well equipped with new and state-of-the-art equipment. Really like the fact that the women's gym is separate from the men's gym. With the ladies on the 2nd floor while the men's on the ground floor. It's quite easy to get to since it is in the CBD. Your don't require membership for the classes or to use the equipment.
