Prompt service. If you want a reprieve from the hot Kisumu sun, then the quiet ambience of this hotel is for you. Complete with a swimming pool within the central business district of Kisumu, this landmark building in kisumu is classy yet affordable.

Located in a very accessible, quiet, convenient place in town. The reception is good and staff welcoming. The hotel charges an extra Kes 2,900 for any visitor/ guest to the room after 8pm irrespective of amount of time spent in room or whoever the guest is.
The restaurant is great, same to food. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming and warm. The aircon isn't adjustable in the room, pillow cases are old and worn out, bath tabs are a big NO, swimming pool is non-functional, inadequate drinking water in room and last but not least facilities in the rooms are old.report this review -

Poorly managed standards have dropped significantly
Cups and kettle with no water, sugar, coffee etc. Reception says I should use unclean tap water.... eeisshh !!!!
Aircon must adjustable

When in Kisumu, I like staying here. They have done tremendous infrastructure improvements over the last 2 years. Ideal for transit travelers have short stays in Kisumu.

Always great to relax, conference and the food is excellent including the service. Rooms are luxurious and well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone wanting a long or short stay right in the middle of the city.

Well, I think they removed my post but, here goes nothing
we arrived late to kisumu and we had no place to change dollars apart from this hotel where we rang and they gladly accepted to change, but when we arrived they changed the whole story and they were very rude to their locals too
and they'll definitely delete this cause I posted again earlierreport this review -
