  Room B48 ceiling lights don't work, the TV is not connected to power, the shower head is very low and has a stair that can be dangerous for wet feet.
  The floor tiles are peeling off and they give a uncomfortable feeling to the feet. There is a pool of water that patrons have to wade through to access the executive wing.
  Breakfast is very poor and service very slow
