Very pathetic experience. The staff will be really nice to you till you make a deposit and then they will stop answering your calls. They promised to finalize my order almost a month ago and every day I call they say they have too much work or the machine is broken. I asked for a refund and was told that even though they will not deliver my stuff, they won't refund me the money. The technician John makes promises but ignores your calls when its time to deliver. Keep off unless you want to be treated like a beggar.
