There's enough security around the place, officers in charge are very observant of time, and they strictly abide by the rules ' no entrance without booking an appointment ', personally I liked that..it's advantageous.

Went to apply for my smart DL and noted that services delivery at GPO Centre is at another class. Extremely seamless, social distancing 100% controlled. If you want to see how government services can be offered where there is goodwill, just visit Huduma GPO Nairobi. I think other government officers should visit GPO for benchmarking, no need of going abroad for benchmarking. I like it!

I couldn't reschedule my appointment on the Huduma Appointment portal so I called the Customer care number for the GPO branch. I spoke with the most helpful customer service agent and she helped me reschedule my appointment within 3 minutes. Well done! Your service is appreciated.

Efficient and really fast. They close at 18:00 hours during weekdays. They remain closed over weekends.

Huduma Kenya Centres offer services such as issuance of national identity cards, issuance of birth certificates, registration of business names, and applications of business licences, drivers’ licences, police abstracts… and many other services.

Huduma Kenya is a programme by the Government of Kenya that aims to transform Public Service Delivery by providing citizens access to various Public Services and information from One Stop Shop citizen service centres called Huduma Centres and through integrated technology platforms.

Huduma Kenya involves amalgamating related services within one building, possibly on the same floor, effectively making it possible for service seekers to access it conveniently.

Huduma Centre GPO, Is one of the man Government Owned Service centre that act as one stop shop for most of government services.Always busy as the huduma centre serves a lot of people per day and due to the huge numbers of people at times its advisable to privilege a visit to the huduma centre during early morning hours as people increases with the day but on exceptional occasions it might be a walk in at times and one is lucky to get served quickly.For filling and getting many of the government services Huduma centre is the place to go.

Very easy place to find. Remember, whatever your business, tell it to the receiving guards at the entrance after you finish security check. Get a ticket, and find the right counter. If you don't, you have to start the process again and it can get pretty frustrating. So, get a ticket. Otherwise, your business queries are handled very fast.

They are very responsive to social media queries and gave indeed revolutionised access to government documents. However if you're unlucky like I was and come when the system is down, they will send you away with no firm message of when the system will be sorted. Otherwise you get your number and the queues move. There is a cyber cafe at the far right side of the entrance. Getting Services has never been made easier...

It is one of the most celebrated government innovations in Kenya. It has made government services easily available to the citizens. The staff are very professional something that is not common in government offices in Kenya.
This alongside the ecitizen government website have transformed service delivery for the government.

fast seevic coz within 20min I had already registered as a voter....
