Nice quality products but poor attention to detail when it came to the given specifications being follow up on. The result was confusion and frustration. Lots of people in the shop ready to take orders and take payment but better customer service is needed.

Excellent service right from when you enter their shop. Right away I felt welcomed and embraced as a customer should. The representative who assisted me, Sheila, was nothing short of outstanding. She took the time to listen to my needs and gave me the best recommendations from their premium assortment of curtain linens. She also walked me through the process of placing an order for curtains. She was very knowledgeable in her approach and just wanted to make sure her team was able to deliver the very best for me, since this was a huge investment. She made sure I felt comfortable and gave me all the confidence for my decision. When my curtains where finally delivered, I was more than impressed and thankful that I trusted House of Linen. My home literally looks like a showroom because of the excellent job House of Linen did. I am still in awe every time I wake up. Sheila was my by side during the entire process making sure I was satisfied. If I could give House of Linen 10 stars, I would. Thank you all again and this was the best decision I could ever made when choosing a company to make my curtains.
