Was here a couple of times they have an amazing variety of products to choose from. However if you are open and claim to be COVID compliant which in this case is a gimmick to attract clients back especially during the festive season please enforce the COVID protocols! You force people to was their hands in a basin from a portable tank of water which from its looks hasn't been washed its self in a few days the liquid soap bottle has stains no towels after washing hands no option of hand sanitizer ( thank GOD we carry our own) then don't claim to be COVID compliant. You are not! Physical distancing in this place is a myth. The staff themselves bump into you their masks are not on properly but will make a scene if your mask is a little askew. Advise for this place carry your own sanitizer and pray to God. I suggest order online if u have to shop here.

House of Leather offers one of the most unique shopping experiences in Kenya. There's something for everyone, at pretty affordable prices. The staff is pretty helpful too.

Just make sure you don't break anything. You break it and it's as good as sold.

They have great bargains. They have over 40,000 different products to choose from. Old stuff nothing new to please to buy, then they talk of happy birthday sale..I have never heard such a thing. Always go there once a month to see if anything new or good offers for kids,but I see they are lying with prices, especially those written was 2500/= now 1500/= n the previous month they were selling at 1500/=. So fooling the new customers a tactic used by most sales n almost all there items are CHINESE the lower cheap quality.

Enormous store over 3 floors, long, winding and one way pathway. Wear comfortable shoes. Loads of cheap trinkets and plenty of practical stuff. Helpful and friendly staff

All Chinese cheap stuff is found here but they are not cheap as one would imaginestuffy on a warm day cramped spaces.. high risk to get out of the placeone entry and exit.

It is a good place to shop due to variety. My concern is the way the shop at lifestyle is organized. Incase of an emergency like fire in the building customers will be trapped in the maze with no exit only dead ends at every turn. The arrangement which I think is supposed to entice people to shop is also not very fair on those keen to pick 1 item and go on their way. I cannot bring myself to go back

Very huge with a variety and great range of antiques, show pieces, gifts, toys and etc. It also has many different items. I would recommend if you bought a new house and want any decorations or anything, trust me and have a look around, you'll definitely find something useful and lots of things to buy. As well as for tourists and gifts it would also be recommended as you do get gift items. It not only has gifts, antiques and toys but also has shoes, cutlery & household items, shoes, food & drinks and many other things. I would suggest even if you don't wanna buy anything or have no idea, go for a round and have a look at all the products I guarantee you, you will buy something

I think those isles punish customers. You want to get to party section but you have to start so far before you get there. They literally force you to explore the store by ensuring you are trapped inside. Difficult to enjoy that as its not willfull. I wouldn't recommend it for an expectant mom or someone in a hurry. Very frustrating. Same feedback to management yields no fruits

Excellent variety, relatively good prices, easy location..product ranges from toys for kids, to books, to household items and gifts. It's the ideal place to buy items for decorating a room, or to get someone a gift. It also has ceramics and cutlery. However it is hard to find products due to the size of the store, as well as the way the store is organized. You have to pass by various alleys of items you might not need to get to what you eventually want.

Very interesting extended shop, with lots of gifts for young children like toys, books,good for birthday party shopping, and they have some clothing, and shoes for all. Well worth a visit. Carry your own shopping bags!

The store has a very large variety of goods, with 2 whole floors to explore. The floor arrangement is great, as it allows to see everything they have, without skipping isles. It's spacious and with plenty of parking, and helpful attendants.

And the parking in the building is freeat least it was free when I went there on a Saturday afternoon. If you're looking for a gift or just shopping for yourself. Just head up to the upper floor. So much more value. You need to come prepared to walk through endless frustrating temptation though 😥 The entrance and the exit are so far apart and the space is designed to have you go through it all.

Good place if you'd like to walk 5 kilometres winding in and out of shelves. The shop is designed such that you have to get in through one door, wind your way across an entire floor, and back, before using the only allowable exit.

Perhaps, it wouldn't be a problem if you were guaranteed of finding what you're looking for. Yet, you'll find quite a number items not in stock.

The entire experience is simply not worth it. Unless you're looking to meet your daily walking target of 15,000 steps

It is located at kenrail towers in Westlands. The store mainly specialises in kids story books, games, toys, household items, house decor, currently stocked with lots of Xmas decorations. They also have birthday props, cups and gifts. There is also a section for shoes. You can't miss something to buy.
