Poor food
They serve terrible food, their staff speak rudely to customers upon raising a complain regarding the quality of service offered. I can't recommend such a place.worst Tvs are not functioningresponse / report this review -

Most horrible hotel I’ve ever been in. The food is whack and takes too long to get ready, the customer service is disgusting, rude attendants, dirty toilets and none of the small tvs in the dark rooms work. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

Food is ok however orders take too long to come by. Beds have low density mattresses and its difficult to have a good nights rest. One can also be disrupted by the corridor movements of customers. Mosquitoes are the plenty and the management has done little to ward off this nuisance. Bed and breakfast KES 1,900/-. A good bargain for those who don't mind much about comfort.
