Reception of the place is good, their swimming pool is good, the waiters are courteous and very professional, their menu food is wide, but their juice menu is limited. The parking is huge enough to accommodate vehicles, security is on top, the arrangement of the restaurant is spacious hence privacy into your conversation is secure, if you have a big family there is also place for you, the food prepared by their chef is exquisite.

It's also a nice place to bring kwa kids for a swimming, the children's menu is also good. For conferences I would also advice people to consider hotel Cathay, it is in a peaceful place, away from noise. Wheel chair accessible.

The staff are very friendly and respond to you promptly, but they also give you your space. They were not bothersome. Quite very professional. The juices menu was kind of limited, only had passion juice. My experience is that their tea menu is also quite limited as well.

Nicely spaced tables so you can comfortably have those discreet conversations. Their restaurant is by the pool and the ambiance is really cool especially with the numerous plant pots. Really relaxed atmosphere. Almost doesn't feel like a business hotel.

Their WiFi is quite slow and they discourage laptops. It's actually quite a place for just chilling. Anyone looking for a laid back place to get a bit done or maybe just hang out should really give this place a visit. Cheers!

Nice place for a peaceful get away from the busy life of Nairobi. The rooms are so cool plus nice view of the town from the balcony. Serene air and beautiful well manicured flowers. I can't wait to get back here.

I loved the food, fillet fingers with French chips, samosas and coffee in the evenings, and they serve great salads for vegetarian.
Music in the disco hall good. Variety of wine and beer.
I didn't like that the swimming pool is very exposed though.
