  Pathetic customer care.deliveries are delayed..no communication whatsoever!!!This is the last time am using you people to purchase my stuff!!Am soo dissappointed in you..why lie to me that you will make a delivery then you go quite?AM DAMN WAITING FOR MY ORDER IN MTWAPA!!!If you cannot do business,just close.😏

  Fridge to be delivered last night.
  Then told first thing this morning. Then told at 10am it would be 2 hours! Then told at 2.20 it is on its way.
  Then Shabir calls again to say by 4pm.
  At 4.30 I call the office in mombasa who say it is on its way.
  Shabir is not picking up. And office said they would send drivers number 30 minutes ago but have not.
  
  So my frozen food is wasted. No fridge here at 5.17 pm.
