Hillcourt Resort and Spa is the place to be while in Nakuru. The staff is excellent. Especially the Front Office. When you arrive at the hotel the askari at the door greets you with a smile as he opens the door for you, even if you are carrying nothing. At the reception you are made to feel so comfortable by the very friendly staff, you feel like you have known one another all through your life "You are very welcome and pole kwa safari, your room is ready". And yes, they are so keen he knew exactly who he was talking to, from the previous phone conversations. I didnt have to introduce myself and this made me feel valued
before I was escorted to my room. Everything here is so clean. Clean clean and very clean. I made my meal orders and they were beyond expectations. Talk of the swimming pool, so clean. Wi-fi on point.
As I was escorted to the car after my stay at the hotel i felt like i was leaving behind my family. I missed their warmth, and I mean all of them. None can pass you by without saying hello. Well done Hillcourt Resort. Keep it up.

Very very spacious clean rooms. I liked my stay at Hill Court. The bar has a good selection of beer, wine and whiskey.
