This place is nice. The service is top notch, the food is fresh due to the high patronage. Very clean, the air is fresh, not extremely quiet but its a nice place to read that book as you sip your coffee or just work online as the WiFi connection is good or just meet those friends or business partners.

They serve a wide variety of coffee.The place is wheel chair accessible.They open from 8am to 10pm
The service is fast. They also serve french fries and orther kind of fast food.their staff are very helpful and they can help you decide if you do not know what to oder. They accept cashless form of payment. They offer deliveries. They accept reservation. Parking is readily available in Java greenspan. Easy to spot when you enter the mall. They offer take outs. I am sure you will love this Java

My experience was a good one and particular impressive. I ordered for fresh juice with syrup but apparently I was given a different syrup but didn't discover until I had mixed it with the drink and it gave it a completely different taste. I drew their attention to it and to my surprise it was withdrawn and I was given a fresh cup of juice with the right syrup accompanied with a nice apology from the manager. Now that is the definition of great customer service! I would definitely go to Java anytime I have the chance to do so. They have just gotten themselves one great customer + my better half for life! Cheers!!!

They never get wrong with their meals, coffee, and shakes. I would always order another meat steak with fries again and again. The seat arrangement is also ideal and comfortable devoid of any crowding tendencies common with nearby restaurants. Less a star for the long wait times up to 15 mins although I would overlook it knowing that I will get some fresh food.

Impressed by availability of several services I unexpectedly found at Greenspan mall. It is also a worthy investment for that part of Nairobi as residents from within and a far find convenience in shopping and kids entertainment too.

I could tell that they were tired since I went there late in the evening but try they did. I'm not a huge fan of seeing the chef on the restaurant floor, but I was really impressed seeing him helping out. Even the manager himself was very hands-on which was also impressive.

It's a big mall with a tonne of shops for anyone's convenience. There are a couple pf restaurants like java house and Pizza inn which can satisfy your needs for both junk food and well crafted meals from diverse places in the world. There is entertainment due to the presence of a cinema and other activities that children can take part in such as bouncing castles and the like.
