I've bought 2 bikes now from Patrick and team, and it has been a pleasure each time. Their selection of bikes is solid and has fitted my needs each time. Pricing has been fair whenever I have dealt with them and they go the extra mile in preparing the bikes for testing and collection.

I must commend the guys at Green Cycle Shop for their professionalism. They always follow up on their clients and have great after sales service. Just in the process of concluding a bike purchase. Patrick, the owner has been helping me source for a suitable bike for the past 7 months and even though it's taken long, he's consistently kept me up-to-date with the search process and now it seems like he's finally found something for me. I'm new to cycling so I look forward to getting started off. Will update my review as soon as I've used the product some. Great guys though.

Best place I found to pick-up solid mountain bikes - especially for kids. All the bikes for kids in the local stores seemed like they were going to fall apart as soon as you took them out of the shop. I picked-up a Trek and a Specialized that the folks at Green Cycle tuned up well and they've have been working beautifully.

After scouring the web for local dealers in used bikes, I decided to check out Green Cycle Shop - and I'm extremely happy that I did. From the first phone call to Doris asking for directions, I was very pleased with them. Then when I went to the shop and met the guys, I was impressed at how much care and attention Patrick pays to making sure that he gets you a bike that fits you - size, usage needs and budget - perfectly. And before buying it , they service all the parts to make sure that you ride off with a great bike. I settled on a commuter bike and they threw in a carrier and bag for free! Patrick even called me a few days later to see how I was faring with my new wheels - now that's great service! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good bike that won't break the bank.

My bike needed some work done so I took it to Green Cycle Shop and I got great service and attention. Patrick the owner and Steven the mechanic were very helpful and took good care of me and my bike at a reasonable price. It was clear that they were more interested in taking care of my needs than in just making money. Refreshing.

We were looking for four good bikes and after checking out all of the mainstream bike shops in Nairobi, we decided to check out Green Cycle Shop. Patrick went out of his way to find bikes to fit each of our children. He replaced any parts that were malfunctioning and the bikes were delivered right to our door across town. They were clean and in excellent repair. After looking at all of the cycle shops in town multiple times, we are so happy with the high quality bikes we got that fit our budget. Our kids are very happy with their "new to them" bikes! Bonus- our first service will be complimentary! I highly recommend Green Cycle Shop!

I've brought my bike twice for repairs. They are honest and very reasonable prices. They have a quick turnaround (bike was ready in less than 24 hours). A very good selection of bikes for sale as well. I can highly recommend them
