Can't speak to the accomodation. And when I was there the pool was in a sad state. Their food though, particularly the chicken, is really good.

The hotel is run down, the pool was green and slimy and to think I had actually packed my swim gear, they had only two types of juice, the paint on the walls was peeling off, the shower is set up that when showering your are also washing the toilet roll, the net doesn't reach all areas so I spent half the night trying to murder mosquitoes, their rates are not commensurate with services on offer. At least the shower had hot water but again the showerhead.I will stop at that.

Nice high class hotel for accommodations; good weekend gateaway with your loved one to spend the "alone time together"..the rates areof high class as well mind you.

On weekends can take family as well for a day out as they have a swimming pool, childrens playing arcade, nyama choma and othet foods, drinks.

Am a frequent visitor coz of the swimming. The place is super bt services are wanting. Waiters taking too long to respond. Chips sold at contradicting prices. Sometimes the swimming pool is dirty.

The rooms look great. However, they have very poor services. VERY POOR. They don't give you your key/card to unlock your room. Lights had an issue thus couldn't properly charge phones.
Their breakfast is very LIMITED. In one minute of lining up, the eggs were over as well as the sausages. Bread wasn't fresh. You'd think since it's a big holiday they'd put their best foot forward but nope. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The service was OK. The food was good. The pool area is small but sufficient.
They did not have some very common and popular beverages on a Sunday end month afternoon-an indication of poor planning.

Too pricey for its standard. Crappy wi-fi and no great breakfast. There is no intervention when power goes off. The furniture is falling apart (at least in the room we were in). Electric sockets malfunctioning!

A bit too crowded on Sundays and the 1kg Nyama Choma didn't seem like a kg though it was really good and soft.

The swimming pool didn't look as clean and maintained and the chairs near the pool need to be maintained.

The fish was okay but very little vegetable was served as accompaniment.

It's not a bad place to take your children.I think the children will enjoy much more than the adults.

Oh,there was a band yesterday that sang Local songs.

It's cool,serene, beautiful environment, nice pool,delicious food,good customer service which needs some little adjustments. Overall nice and safe place to be and relax also. Thumbs up. Beats other hotels most likely.
