Wonderful! The little bungalow style rooms all looked different and just made me feel like a princess. The staff were very kind and helpful!

The facility is in a serene environment, rooms are spacious, hot shower, electric kettle with tea, coffee milk and sugar, well manicured lawns and space to relax during the day, staff are responsive and welcoming. Very good choices for breakfast. Room entertainment especially the TV need some improvement.

Beautiful spotless clean rooms, complementary drinking water, coffee, tea and milk, great breakfast choices, outside sitting when it's warm enough, very quiet environment. Great for family sleep overs.

This is my third visit to Gracemont and no doubt it is consistently wonderful. The staff Francis, Flora, John and others are so warm and will go to any lengths to make your stay pleasant. Each suite is different in layout, but all of them are very spacious. Also the chef throws it down in the kitchen!

Had family staying here on their visit to Eldoret, their prices are a steal at their current level. Rooms are quiet and well maintained with the whole facility having finished an upgrade in the last few months. Service was also on point.
