i lived in one of property they manage in south B sadi road. when i evacuated they dedicate 50% of my security deposit. Two months deposit was ksh72,500 and they deducted ksh31,180 which is crazy. daylight robbery but God never sleeps.

These people do not know their job, Ngara Civil Servants housing on Desai Road has never had water flowing through its taps for over a month now. I cannot wait to tell everyone how awful your work is, good luck finding clients 😤

This is by far the worst management I've ever been involved in. The pump at Ngara Civil Servants estate hasn't been working well for many months now and We've been having dry taps all through. I'm warning all potential home owners that these guys are the worst management. BEWARE!
