  Late delivery for a gift ordered for Valentines day that came on 15th in the evening with no proper communication. However, they later acknowledged their mistake, apologized, and made up for it in a nice way.
  
  Pro: The flowers are very gorgeous and nicely packaged.

  Poor service during increased demand, for example on Valentine's day. Flowers and chocolates ordered for Valentine's day came one day after and it was wrong order delivered. Then my girlfriend called them and then they brought correct flowers but wrong chocolates.then we just decided to let it go.
  Communication very poor, you must always ask them where is the delivery, they don't notify you if there is some problem with delivery. Very unprofessional.
