  Good business location with secure, ample parking. There are several corporate offices domiciled here such as KWAL, APA insurance, AAR and others. There are guards at the entry and exit points to enhance security of the venue. It's easily accessible from Nakuru town since it's only 2km from the CBD. Parking is free of charge and there is plenty of secure parking spaces.
