It is a environmental protected area, with security system in all entry points. CCTV CAMERAS, Are strategically mounted. All classes of customers freely checking In and Out.Signage are well placed,In case of fire outbreak these signage direct people towards outlet emergency doors.There is amble parking Bay's. Different sizes of trolleys are available for every class is nicely taken care. The internet access is perfect in all areas including basement floor. This garden mall is highly recommended to be a global shopping mall. Congratulations.

You want a place to shop or just have fun? Then definitely you will get it here. Though I didn't like the coffee at one of the coffee shops, but the experience is perplexing and memorable. One thing I like about the mall is the interior design and surface treatment of the walls and the floors, the ceilings gracefully merge with the walls.The hall ways and the yellow support systems, the decorative lighting at night is amazing and brings the night into life. I thought I would be able to walk the whole mall, but the size was too much for one night. Looking forward to my next visit

It's a cool place. You'll get an awesome shopping experience, there's a massive food court and a kid's play area, perfect for a family day at a mall.
A lot of stores still empty(04/2018) if you're looking for space. There's a cinema, ample parking and good security and the overall ambiance is fun.

Busy Mall but yet spacious enough for everyone to enjoy the facilities. Immaculate shops and restaurants. Recommended for families. Friends can also meet at the food outlets and bars. Ample parking! Well maintained and clean lavatories!

The architecture and layout of this mall is certainly world class. The experience right from the security check to the clean layout is truly world class. Everyone is bound to find something attractive in here as nearly all local brands as well as a good number of international ones have presence here. Mind you this was the first commercial building in Nairobi to utilize solar power in their power provisioning. Well done.

It's Is in one word. AWESOME!!!!
Great food, great stores, public washrooms that are clean. Lots of stuff to do.
It is now my go to place for me n my family. Has everything to do for all ages. My kid can have fun while the adults talk over drinks n food. Then can all go grab ice cream as we wait for our manicures, massages to be done. The car I being serviced and washed. Everything is under one roof. I loved it.

Best shopping mall I've been to, in Nairobi, by virtue of its architectural design. Variety of intimate and broad public spaces, a perfect mix of fun and shopping activities. Interiors flooded with natural light. Awesome!

Great place! Nice eateries (quite a bit of fast food joints here) and not too crowded in the evenings.. Definitely a place one can hang out and have fun with no chills.

The mall is spacious with lots of parking. The playground for children is very well done, perhaps the best I've seen in a mall so far. The shops have a variety of items on sale plus there's a food court, though with lots of fast food and not many healthy options.

Amazing!!! Well laid out. The food served at the food court is of grey variety and nicely cooked. If you love shopping for clothes and accessories then you'll have the time of your life. A 3D cinema is there too for premiere lovers.

Beautiful mall. Has several designer shops for makeup, clothes and shoes. Has great restaurants, furniture store, Imax and clean toilets. It's spacious but during the day on Sundays the food court and play ground are packed with children and their parents. So choose any day and time apart from Sunday afternoon if you are looking for a quiet serene place.

This is a really nice place for almost all your needs. You can get almost everything you need from house hold shopping to building and construction materials. Banking services to car services and a variety of dinning cafes to choose from depending on your pocket and an entertaining live band music during the weekends at the food court. Garden City. This is one of thr largest shopping malls in Kenya. I love the restaurants and the play area. It's a one stop mall for all your shopping needs. Some shops are a bit pricey but it's a fun place for families. Sometimes they have a band playing at the food court. There is lots of secure packing. So many restaurants to chose from. I love it.

One of the largest malls in Nairobi. A fantastic place for shopping, movies, dinning and spending time with family. Plenty of packing and if you need accommodation they have apartments right there for you. I haven't been to the apartments though.

Nice mall with an excellent food court that offers a good variety of cuisines. Great for kids on the weekend. You can shop, watch movies, bank and eat. Adequate parking. Parking lot at the too offers great views of parts of Nairobi
