Galaxy Resort Kitengela is tucked away in a quiet area. They have great premises within which they provide boarding rooms, conference facilities and a fantastic restaurant. There are waiting services here including for those guests sitting on terraces and other open areas.

The swimming pool is quite an attraction for both adults and children. There is music playing outside making for an happy ambience as you sip a drink and watch swimmers.

The restaurant is excellent and with organic food. The outdoor sitting area is quite good and actually private.

WiFi is available.

Beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the town life. Usually busy on weekends. Best to visit on week days. Last time I was there most of the food on the menu had run out. Had to wait a bit before more was cooked. Nevertheless, nice place, ample parking, great ambience, children- friendly.

Galaxy Resort is a relaxing resort in Kitengela, approx 30 km South of Nairobi. Good for family getaways, meetings and team building. It has a kids playground, football ball and handball ground, mini golf and good accommodation. Tip, for drinks go to planet bar as it is cheaper.

Poor service and horrid fries. Kid friendly with bouncy houses, trampoline, rocking horses and miniature golf. Swimming too. Lots of parking spaces

I've got to admit, the idea of this hotel is yet to be fully implemented. There's a huge room for improvement starting with proper signage to squarely admitting your golf club is actually a miniature golf club. And what are those flags??? You are calling out to a very very demanding market. You need to raise your standards.

The owner of this place has invested heavily but the service is the poorest. You arrive, sit down wait for more than half hour to be attended by the waiter. The waiter brings you drinks as per the order and wait for another half hour to get a glass. This is after making requests to more than three waiters coz the one who brought you drinks ran away with the change.

IT'S a warm cozy place perfect for a family get away and provides the perfect environment for peace of mind and privacy. Their customer service might be a bit lacking but otherwise there's plenty of reason to make this a dream destination.

The bedroom and staff were ok but the food service was terrible. Everytime we ordered food it took an hour for drinks to arrive and a further 2 hours for the food to follow! Stayed 2 nights and both were the same regarding issues
