The place has shifted to a new location its way bigger its greater but there were no staff i was given a tour by the care taker i had taken time off from work to come see the place but nobody was thea to give me a tour i accidentally entered the ladies room by accident i liked it better when it was in its former location

This is not your ordinary gym compared to their other branch at 5 star road. They have an amazing Cross fit program at very friendly rates. A bit hidden though but it's a fine establishment with friendly trainers.
