  Quite near the lake nice ambiance. Still too expensive. You may go such a place during summer. Maybe you can rent a tent will be more enjoyable

  We went to Fisherman’s Camp to enjoy two relaxing nights and visit Hell’s Gate National Park. But no need to go Hell’s Gate. Fisherman’s Camp WAS Hell’s Gate! Extremely loud music, screams and shouting until 3 am in the morning. And it started again at 5 am! No help from the staff even though at arrival you sign a contract that it’s not allowed to play music. The staff teamed up the noisemakers because they were paid tips to service them with firewood and other commodities to keep going on the whole night.
  We had to call a driver from Nairobi and flee from the second nights coming nightmare. Never again Fisherman’s Camp!!!

  Beautiful and peaceful place cf to be and right infont of the lake and having the monkey in the day time hippos come out at night is breath taking .The restaurant have very good food .
  I always go there with my wife .
