  Very very slow motion service. Card and account activation taking more than one and a half hours with some empty desk while customers are queuing.

  They are very slow rude staff . It's like they don't know what they are doing especially the atm collection desk.

  agents should be very much more considerate. international students are having a hard time opening accounts. i came twice and still left without opening an account. you demand a lot unlike other banks.

  Please don't leave some help desks Totally un attended. Customers are Busy people with myriads of things to attend to.

  I went to see if one can pay kenya power electricity bill here but unfortunately the dont have that service but they have no long queues
