Talking of poor customer care... its the worst I have seen so far. The officer at the desk answers questions as if you are bothering her. You ask for directions, she just points with her finger and gets back to her busy computer. After almost an hour of not being assisted, I went back to her desk and she points to another office. For a 2018 banking model, I would rate the service at zero. I left the bank so pissed, having been taking round and round just to reactivate an account. I only went there because the guys offer Paypal linkage, otherwise I would never ever wish to visit this branch again. Uncaring, arrogant, disconnected, I can't find the best adjective

This is a financial institution offering the worst customer service in the world. If this was the only bank, i'd rather stay without a bank account. They need to streamline their customer service starting with the arrogant dark lady at the "account opening" section. Such faces should never exist in the banks today. I asked for a pen and she dropped it on the table with an attitude. Also, I had to go back and forth to the bank for three consecutive days without success.
If this branch continues to offer such poor customer service, they'll eventually to their immediate competitors. I have heard complaints from a good number of clients complaining of the same.
I wonder how they don't have an organized electronic system to handle customers like KCB or Cooperative bank among others? Please be advised to search other banks for your transactions!
