This is one of the best restaurant I've been to in the greater gigiri area. The presentation, delivery and service is beyond. Staff is friendly and always willing to assist whenever called. And even better, they seem like they really love their work Coz they have the right attitude and are always happy. The food is the best and in very generous portions. Awesome work guys!

    Now called Yao.

This beautiful scerene area has lovely gardens right next to UN Gigiri with a lot of embassies and UN offices.

The restaurant sets a unique ambience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. From a beautiful blend of well crafted and unique Asian flavours ranging from very mild to raging hot. This restaurant offers a good take on Asian cuisine from various regions.

My favourite and a must try is the Tomkha chicken soup. it has just the right blend of savoury and heat.

The gardens offer a large open area ideal for families with children. The seating is very comfortable from as little as two people to larger parties, all can be accommodated in this restaurant.

The decor also follows the theme and flows with authentic Asian roofs, statues and architecture.

The cuisine is just as dynamic from sushi to Thai and Chinese dishes as well as continental desserts. This place does not disappoint.

For larger parties bookings are highly advised and flavour/heat preference whilst ordering is necessary to avoid too mild or too hot items.

All in all a very good experience in the heart of Gigiri.

The venue is very different from your normal restaurant. The view is scenic, the food is amazing and the staff there are very welcoming. Great place.

If you are looking for Thai or Chinese food, this is the place to be. The wait staff are polite and happy to serve you. I went there with a big crowd and they offered us two free bottles of wine.

The food was not tasty. Ordered Udon noodles and it was essentially noodles with tomato sauce. The Beef rendang and Thai green curry were completely off taste. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit.

On the flip side the ambience and general restaurant environment is nice thus one star.

I was rather underwhelmed with the service and the food. Please don't 'yeah man', 'sure guys!' or call a lady 'sir', when guests are trying to have a nice dinner, you don't work in a trendy night club and. Secondly and possibly more importantly the food just wasn't great; big fat udon noodles instead of ramen, I found an unwashed bit of carrot peel in the broth.

To be fair I had been looking forward to some Indonesian food, which looked great on the website, but was not available when we arrived. While this left me some what disappointed, I don't think my judgement of a) the service and b) the food was coloured by that feeling in any way.

To end somewhat positively; I did quite enjoy the setting and the building is very pleasant as well.

Really overpriced for what it is. Non-authentic Mee goreng.
