I booked online and had to send a deposit via Western union.
Car was dropped off and picked up at my hotel at agreed time.
Front light was burnt out but this was fixed at my destination by a mechanic.
I was required to give a 10,000/= cash deposit and was told I would get it back in cash when the car was picked up. I did not receive it in cash and was assured it would be refunded on my credit card within 2-3 days. Now, after more than 3 weeks and numerous emails, I still do not have my deposit back and likely will not get it back.
Beware of this and demand you receive your deposit back in cash.
