  Eldoret Sports Club is a social meeting point providing a serene and relaxing environment for residents and visitors. It is family friendly with a dedicated children’s playground and children activities. It has a spacious restaurant, a well stocked Bar with cable TV, a swimming pool, a well equipped gym and 32 self contained rooms with 2 VIP rooms. There is enough space for outdoor activities including a tennis court, a golf course, a running track, a rugby and football pitch. The grounds are home to team buildings, weddings, entertainment concerts, athletics meetings including the Discovery Kenyan Marathon, golf tournament, rugby tournaments like Chebarbar 7s and Sepetuka 7s.
  
  It is a private Members club which was established in 1924. The Club is situated 6kms from the Eldoret CBD on Nandi Road off the Eldoret - Nairobi highway opposite the Hospice.

  Standard rooms offer basic accommodation. The vip rooms which as at the time I was there were only 2 are spacious, with a separate sitting area which has a TV and a fire place. They buffet breakfast but dinner was on order. There is a big beautiful field, a swimming pool and a koroga area.
