The bank has few clients most of the time. The service is mostly prompt but a few times you will notice them to be sluggish with no sense of urgency. Opened an account with them recently and I had to sign some forms again after they had been misplaced. A month later I'm yet to get my internet banking login credentials.
Nonetheless, the staff are friendly and helpful. I suppose the bureaucracy of the West African parent company is what makes their procedures less than optimal.
ATM machines are well serviced and reliable. They support a variety of cards but not American Express cards. Otherwise it's an OK Bank.response / report this review -
